Kids and families are a massively important part of our church and are always welcome. We have kids and youth groups during our Sunday services, as well as Game Changers on a Sunday afternoon.
Once a month we have our All In service, where all ages stay together in church to worship together.
For Reception - Year 2
Explorers takes place during the church service on a Sunday. Our children can make friends and hear about Jesus and the bible in an age appropriate way. In this group the children hear a bible story, do crafts, sing songs, prays and play.
Each weeks session is carefully prepared by leaders who prayerfully put together Jesus centred activities for the children.
For Year 3 - Year 6
Discoverers is during the church service on a Sunday. In the group the children read and discuss bible stories, do crafts and play games.
This group aims to disciple the children and build on their faith and knowledge of Jesus in a fun and creative way.
For Year 7 - 11
CCSO Youth is our Sunday morning group for children in high school. We meet twice a month on the first and third Sunday's.
For Year 6 - 10
Game Changers happens on a Sunday evening from 5.00 to 6.30. The group begins with team building games and crafts, we enjoy a family style supper and finish with a bible talk where we read a passage from our youth bibles, listen to reflective songs or a testimony and break into small groups to discuss how the verses relate to us and our lives.
This group is blessed with energy, enthusiasm and openness, which can lead to some great discussion about Jesus and the world from their point of view.
